1. Belgaum Fort

It reflects the style of Indo-Islamic architecture, and a charm in this monument is the central chamber, where every sound is echoed 7 times.

4. Bidar Fort

This majestic fort was built by Adil Shah in the 15th century. This fort is a fine art of red laterite stone and also an important historical monument in Karnataka that is located on the edge of Bidar Plateau. Legends reveal that this gem of Karnataka has served many ruling families of South India before the Mughals, Nizams, and Sultanates, It has seen to the passage of time, rulers, and eras.


5. Hoysaleswara Temple, Halebidu

Health is refer to a person's physical, emotional, and psychological well-being. Hygiene refer to good practice that prevent disease and lead to good health, especially cleanliness, proper disposal of wastewater and drinking water supply.
 
                            THE 7 PERSONAL HYGIENE

1. WASH YOUR HANDS FREQUENTLY

Washing your hands is one of the most effective way of reducing the spread of disease. You should especially wash you hands before and after you eat, after going to bathroom and when you come in contact with someone who is sick.




2. TAKE BATH REGULARLY

Cleaning your body washes away dead skin cells and dirt and helps fight the spread  of disease. For older adults, it's recommended to shower or take bath at least twice a week to achieve the positive effect.




3. BRUSH  YOUR TEETH TWICE IN A DAY




Make sure you are brushing your teeth twice a day, once in morning and once at night, to maintain good oral hygiene along with regular dental checkup.





4. FLOSS YOUR TEETH DAILY



In addition to  brushing your teeth, floss your teeth once in a day for optimal oral hygiene.



5. COVER YOUR MOUTH WHEN YOU COUGH OR SNEEZE

Covering cough and sneeze and washing hands are especially important for infection control measure in healthcare settings. 



6. ALWAYS WEAR CLEAN CLOTHS AND UNDERWEAR


Dirty cloths breed bacteria and will be smelly and uncomfortable.
* Tight cloths are more likely to get dirty and trap sweat.
* UV from sun is a powerful disinfectant that kills many bugs and bacteria.


7. DRINK ENOUGH WATER


Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day as it promote a health immune system and is crucial to good hygiene. Drinking water helps keep your skin and mouth healthy too.
